Funeral Plans

The funeral directors services which are guaranteed to be covered as set out in your plan can include:-

•  Provision of Professional services and making all arrangements for the funeral
• Collection and Transportation of the deceased  to the funeral director premises ( within 25 mile radius).
• Care of the deceased  prior to burial or cremation ( excluding embalming) .
• Advice on the certification and registration of death and related documentation.
• The coffin.
• Family viewing at any pre-arranged time (Cost may apply if out of hours viewing is required).

Third party disbursement costs which are not guaranteed and could incur extra charges at time of funeral can include:-

• Crematorium fee
• Minister or officiant fee
• Cemetery fee: the opening of a new or existing grave for burial or interment of cremated remains.
• Purchase of grave or lair 
• Hire of church or other venue 
• Fees for organist or soloist
• Memorial, such as headstone, entry into book of remberance or the planting of a tree
• Floral tributes
• Newspaper announcements
• Funeral teas or catering
