Coach Service

Our Staff

Our staff are highly trained and available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, whether you wish for a home visit or to visit our offices.

Both our Kilwinning and Irvine premises incorporate large service rooms seating 75 and 95 respectively. Chapels of rest are also available where relatives may visit their loved ones.

Our parlour services are very popular and extremely comfortable to ensure that you and your family will feel at ease throughout the course of the service. We also have wheelchair access to both our parlours.
Funeral services can be either religious or non religious, we can help with arranging for a minister or a priest or for a non-religious service with a local humanist celebrant.

Our staff are happy to answer any question or query in confidence and are only too happy to help in any given situation.

Our Fleet

We have a modern fleet of 6 door limousines and hearses prepared to a very high standard of presentation by our team.

All funerals are individual so costs will vary, but once we have all your requirements we will then be able to give you a quotation based on your exact needs. Costs can be divided into two main categories.

This is monies paid by the funeral directors on your behalf to other people i.e. fees to cemeteries / crematoriums, florists, church fees, doctors fees where applicable, paper notices etc.

Funeral Directors Fees
These are charges made by the funeral director for providing professional services. These would include conveyance of the deceased, coffins or caskets, use of hears or limousine and for arranging all necessary and relevant paperwork.

Being an independent company we strive to keep our prices at a reasonable level and still provide a excellent level of service.

If a loved one dies in another country we use a local firm who will collect the deceased and all the necessary paperwork putting the burden on us rather than yourselves at this very sensitive time.

Order of Service

We can arrange for a personal tribute of order of service for the day ahead, personalised to your choice.

Many families today suggest to us that instead of flowers, a donation to charity might be more appropriate, if so we can arrange for this to take place at either our premises, church or crematorium.
